If you thrive on solving complex equipment problems and keeping production humming, this role on our 2nd and 3rd shift teams is for you.
Pay Range: $25 - $40, depending on experience
Training requirement: You must be available to work 1st Shift until training is complete.
What you’ll tackle
- Preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and asset life.
- Hands-on diagnosis of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, combustion, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Installation, assembly, rebuilds, and repairs of production equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Systematic inspections, operation checks, and testing to verify safe, reliable performance.
- Project participation, supplier interfacing, and leadership of contracting activitiesrecorded in our CMMS.
Schedule reality: Shift and weekend availability required; holiday and emergency coverage also expected.
Minimum profile
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
- 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance with strengths in PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electrical repair.
- Nice-to-have: ultra-high vacuum systems, man lifts (scissor/boom), and forklifts.
