Position Overview

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to support our Florence, KY branch. This position is responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.

We are seeking a bilingual recruiter, preferably someone who speaks French or Fulani.


Our Recruiter Is Accountable For
  • Managing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
  • Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system, Bullhorn.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing needs.
  • Ensuring the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely candidate records throughout the recruiting process.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Bilingual in English and preferably French or Fulani.
  • A minimum of two years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment is required.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to accomplish tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency.
  • Action-oriented, taking on responsibilities with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
  • Situational adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to adjust priorities and work effectively in changing or ambiguous situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to engage with a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Compensation

The hourly base pay range for this position is:

$25.00–$27.00 per hour

Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
