The Quality Manager/Chief Inspector is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the company's quality control system, including all manuals, procedures, inspection authority, and regulatory correspondence. This position leads the FAA Part 145 certification effort from application through issuance and continues to own the quality system as the company expands scope. The role carries final inspection authority independent of production and reports directly to the President.

Work EnvironmentOur work environment is diverse and dynamic, dealing with various types of planes and issues. Employees are assigned tasks by the lead and work independently as individual contributors. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility depending on workload. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
