Distribution Center Material Handler (RF Scanner)

What you’ll tackle
- Receive, pick, inspect, pack, and stage products for shipment
- Verify order accuracy so every customer gets a complete, correct shipment
- Operate RF scanners to record inventory and track movement
- Pitch in across shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Contribute to daily goals: safety, quality, accuracy, ontime delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Show up on time, ready to contribute
- Handle additional warehouse duties as assigned

- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
- Basic troubleshooting and problem solving
- Comfort with computers, RF scanners, and WMS tools
- Basic math skills and clear communication
- Willingness to learn and crosstrain
Preferred background
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse experience helpful but not required
Physical & environmental expectations
- Onfeet work for the duration of the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and reaching
- Work around forklifts, RF scanners, packaging machinery, ladders, utility knives, and tape guns
- Variable temperatures, warehouse noise and equipment traffic; exposure to metals, plastics, and packaging materials
