Responsibilities/Functions
- Manage and coordinate daily field operations.
- Lead and mentor field staff to enhance performance, productivity, quality and efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for team development.
- Optimize the use of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling and resource allocation plans.
- Plan, monitor and execute field projects to ensure timely completion.
- Review project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure high standards of work.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety training and emergency response drills.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, performance metrics, and project progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations and incidents.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges and inefficiencies.
- Make informed decisions to improve overall field operations.
- Monitor and control operational expenses to stay within budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Implement and utilize technology and software to enhance field operations.
- Ensure the team is trained on new tools and systems.
- Facilitate effective communication between field teams, management, and clients.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance field operations.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, and vehicle service log
- Manage and resolve punch list items on open projects
Skills & Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving results, and managing teams.
- CC license
- Real-world Experience in the construction and manufacturing industry preferred.
- Proven experience in managing field operations.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Proficiency in resource allocation and scheduling.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control practices.
- Experience in health and safety management.
- Ability to handle customer relations and resolve client issues.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Technological proficiency, including the use of relevant software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare and analyze detailed reports.

Additional Information
Hours
- 7am – 4:00pm, Mon – Fri (excluding federal holidays).
- Potential remote Fridays
Compensation/Benefits
- $90,000 to $105,000
- Health, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; short-term disability; and a 401(k) plan. These benefits are available on the first of the month following 60 days of continuous employment
- 3 weeks paid vacation per year, accrued bi-weekly
- 5 paid holidays per year
