Responsibilities
- Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support company objectives.
- Developing employee recognition programs and initiatives that promote morale, motivation, productivity, and long-term employee retention.
- Conducting employee surveys, engagement assessments, and feedback initiatives to identify areas of concern and opportunities to improve the employee experience.
- Overseeing recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Leading performance appraisal systems, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Managing conflict resolution, grievances, and fostering a positive company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of experience in HR at a public company
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
