Pay & Schedule for Shift Leaders
- Pay: $22.45 Per Hour
- Schedules Available: Tuesday-Friday OR Saturday-Monday
- Full-time opportunity

Shift Leader Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift
- Communicate daily priorities, expectations, and performance goals
- Report employee injuries, attendance issues, and operational concerns
- Coordinate with other Shift Leads and management to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with loading and unloading freight
- Scan, sort, and organize products accurately
- Maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment
- Monitor workflow and help resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed
Qualifications for Shift Leaders
- Previous shift leadership, supervisory, or shift management experience in a Warehouse setting required
- Warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional and confident leadership style
- Ability to work full time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle products as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
