As a Production Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our simple syrup products. Working closely with a team of experienced professionals, you’ll contribute to maintaining the high standards that our customers know and love. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Production Assistance: Follow standardized recipes and procedures to measure ingredients, operate machinery, and monitor production performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure our products meet company standards and report any issues promptly.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Inventory Management: Track raw material usage and finished goods production, helping to maintain organized stock levels.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a clean and secure work environment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of production activities and collaborate with the quality assurance team.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

We’re seeking a motivated individual with the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or technical training in food production is a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Basic math skills for measurements and inventory calculations.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts as needed.
