Patient Care Associate (PCA)

Location: New York, NY 10032

Shift: Day | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Schedule: 5 Days/Week

Pay Rate:
Local: $25–$30/hr, as per experience

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• BLS Certification required

• Minimum 1 year of Nursing Attendant experience required

• Successful completion of an approved Patient Care Associate Training Program required

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and other ADLs

• Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output

• Support patient mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation

• Maintain patient safety and report changes in condition to the RN

• Assist with specimen collection and stocking supplies

• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
