About the Role: LEITE DONUTS INC in Middletown, RI is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Barista to join our team! Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and other drinks to customer specifications
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service
- Operate espresso machines, brewers, and other caf equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace and service area
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
