We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team! This position is primarily responsible for managing retail shopping centers located in Riverside County, Orange County and San Bernardino County.
Responsibilities:
- Work with vendors and collect bids for repairs and maintenance, deferred maintenance and preventative maintenance
- Communicate with tenants, resolve tenant concerns and collect rents
- Oversee tenant improvements and construction
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Facilitate CAMs (common area maintenance)
- Oversee daily real estate transactions
- Prepare lease agreements and renewals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or project management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
