What you’ll do
- Direct end-to-end TPG–Los Angeles operations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Design and deploy policies, procedures, and operating mechanisms that scale.
- Set targets, collect and analyze metrics, and present insights and plans to stakeholders.
- Lead budget creation and ownership of P&L results; manage costs and drive data-based decisions.
- Build capability: clear goals, continuous feedback, and development plans for leaders and teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and strengthen plant safety, processes, and training.
- Partner closely with EHS, HR, Maintenance, Logistics, and other support functions.
- Research the market and identify growth opportunities to advance the company’s objectives and reputation.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of manufacturing operations management, spanning people, products, resources, budgets, change, and quality.
- Industrial manufacturing experience; construction/building materials preferred.
- Commercial mindset with experience engaging all levels up to C-level.
- Proven ability to structure large operations and delegate effectively through leaders.
- Demonstrated ownership of product quality and a proactive approach to issue prevention and resolution.
- Fluency in operations, sales, and project management.
- Exceptional communication; strong organization and multi-initiative execution discipline.
- Financial leadership (budgets, P&L, cost control) with analytical decision-making.
- MS Office, MS Project, Visio, or equivalent proficiency.
