Fulfillment Specialist (Day Shift)

Looking for a top-paying daytime role with a premier data and logistics company? Join our Team in Addison as a Fulfillment Specialist! Offering an incredible $26.40/hour pay rate, a reliable Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off, and potential for permanent placement, this position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals skilled in order processing, kit assembly, and warehouse operations.

Pay Rate: $26.40/hr.

Duration: 2-months contract (potential temp-to-hire)

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No Weekends)

What You’ll Do

• Process inventory orders, assemble custom kits, stuff/seal envelopes, collate materials, and build boxes for outbound shipments according to strict standards.
• Clearly and accurately record inventory movements and order data on physical tracking documents and digital software applications.
• Prepare items for shipment by stuffing/sealing envelopes, assembling boxes, logging data into software applications, and labeling outgoing packages.
• Load, unload, and push/pull carts and loaded pallet jacks weighing up to 1,500 lbs, keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
• Use pallet jacks, counting scales, paper cutters, folders, inserters, binders, box cutters, and tape dispensers safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required; previous fulfillment, packing, kit assembly, or warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing 35–40 lbs (occasionally up to 51 lbs at shoulder height) and stand/walk for up to 8 hours daily.
• Must possess ASTM F2413-11 compliant safety-toe footwear with a slip-resistant rating of "Better" or "Best."
• Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a respectful, team-first attitude.

Workplace: This is a 100% onsite role inside a modern, fast-paced fulfillment and record management facility. Work involves active standing, physical lifting, manual assembly, and tool/light machine operation.

Contract Terms:This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
