Complex Test Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Complex Test Operator to join our team. In this role, you will set up and operate advanced test equipment, perform functional and electrical testing, interpret technical drawings and test procedures, document results, and troubleshoot test failures. The ideal candidate has mechanical or electrical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures. Experience with automated test equipment, electronic systems, precision measurement tools, or manufacturing environments is highly valued. Responsibilities

• Set up andoperate complex testingequipment and automatedtest systems.

• Perform functional, electrical, mechanical, and/orenvironmental tests accordingto established procedures.

• Read and interpretengineering drawings, schematics, test procedures, andtechnical documentation.

• Monitor test equipmentand product performanceand identify abnormalconditions.

• Record test resultsaccurately and maintainrequired documentation.

• Troubleshoot equipment andproduct failures andassist with identifyingroot causes.

• Use precision measuringinstruments such asmultimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, andspecialized test equipment.

• Perform equipment calibrationchecks and reportequipment problems.

• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Communicate test failuresand technical issuesto engineering, quality, and manufacturing personnel.

• May train less-experienced operators andassist with improvingtest procedures andprocesses.
