Marketing and Outreach Coordinator

Summit Healthcare Group is looking for a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our team in the Springfield area!

We’re looking for someone who is bubbly, motivated, personable, and eager to grow. While healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus, it is not required. We’re open to someone with a strong marketing, sales, communications, community outreach, or relationship-building background who is ready to learn and immerse themselves in the long-term care industry.

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, community organizations, businesses, and other referral partners

• Represent our facility and organization at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities

• Help develop and implement creative marketing and outreach strategies

• Promote our services, programs, and what makes our facilities a great place for residents and employees

• Develop new community partnerships and referral relationships

• Follow up with referral sources and maintain strong ongoing relationships

• Assist with marketing materials, social media, community events, and other promotional efforts

• Identify new opportunities to increase community awareness and engagement

• Collaborate with facility leadership and team members to support census and business development goals

• Learn the long-term care industry and become knowledgeable about our services, residents, and communities

Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus but not required!
