Event Logistics Route Driver & Operations Support Associate

Location: Marietta, GA | Employment: Full-Time

We’re growing and have several driver openings for dependable professionals who take pride in punctuality, care, and customer service. Two paths, one team: Operations Drivers who blend driving with hands-on support, and Delivery Drivers focused on safe, on-time routes.

You arrive at 6:50 A.M. ready to set the day in motion. You’ll help stage and prepare orders, then head out for scheduled runs around Greater Atlanta. Between routes, you jump in where neededsupporting the warehouse, assisting in-store, and pitching in on event setups and breakdowns. You keep vehicles and workspaces tidy so the next run is seamless.

• Deliver and pick up floral arrangements, plants, supplies, containers, and event materials
• Load, unload, and help stage orders for delivery
• Assist with event loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown
• Support warehouse, in-store, and general operational tasks throughout the day
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and work areas
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. (Arrival 6:50 A.M.)

You’re the face of our brand on the roadnavigating assigned routes, communicating with customers and venues, and delivering with care. You’ll operate company Ford Transit vans, use company apps for mapping and confirmations, and jump in with loading, unloading, or event support as needed. Every run is a chance to make someone’s day.

• Safely drive company Ford Transit delivery vans
• Deliver and pick up floral arrangements, plants, gifts, and event dcor
• Carefully load, secure, transport, and unload products
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Use company apps for mapping, routing, delivery logs, and confirmations
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, venues, and teammates
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Assist with loading, unloading, in-store support, warehouse duties, or event work when needed

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. + Every Other Saturday

• Valid Georgia driver’s license and a clean driving record
• 1+ year of delivery truck or van driving experience (required)
• Clean background
• Current D.O.T. Medical Card
• Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs.
• Working Android or iPhone smartphone for company delivery apps
• Familiarity with the Greater Atlanta area (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible; professional appearance and excellent customer service
• Strong attention to detailan eye for detail matters
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons as needed
