Job Summary
Support order fulfillment and supply chain operations by coordinating with internal teams and channel partners on orders, product configuration, availability, and shipments. The role is primarily warehouse-based and involves measuring parts and entering measurement data into the company’s packaging specification system.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure parts in the warehouse according to detailed instructions.
- Review assigned parts and warehouse locations.
- Accurately enter measurement data into the packaging specification application.
- Follow established procedures for required measurements and processes.
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel, databases, and departmental systems.
- Collect, review, and analyze data to support operations.
- Perform supply chain activities using established procedures.
- Communicate and help resolve issues related to orders, configuration, availability, and shipments.
- Support internal teams with standard order fulfillment activities.
- Organize workload and prioritize high-priority tasks.
- Identify recurring inefficiencies and recommend simple solutions.
- Occasionally travel to nearby offsite warehouses less than 10 miles from the PDC.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic Excel and computer skills.
- Ability to review and understand data sets.
- Strong verbal communication and decision-making skills.
- Good planning, organization, data collection, and analysis skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of data control and office systems preferred.
Education & Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
- Recent graduates are welcome.
- Entry-level experience accepted; approximately 0–3 months listed in formal requirements.
- Basic experience coordinating the work of others preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a Cushman (small battery-operated vehicle similar to a golf cart).
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic warehouse environment.
- Ability to remain on your feet approximately 50% of the workday.
- Required PPE: safety shoes, safety glasses, and gloves.
- Metatarsal safety shoes required from Day 1; other PPE is provided by the company.
