Case Manager

We're Hiring: Case Manager | Grievance & Complaints Specialist | Pasadena (Remote After Training)

Location: Pasadena, CA (Fully Remote After Training)
Pay Range: $27 – $33/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and support the organization’s complaint and grievance process from start to finish.
• Investigate issues thoroughly, collecting and documenting relevant data.
• Identify specialty or flagged cases and follow the appropriate protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams, departments, managers, and physicians to resolve member concerns quickly and effectively.
• Communicate resolutions and decisions clearly to members or their representatives.
• Ensure all complaints and grievances are handled in full compliance with regulatory and policy standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• MSW or LCSW Required
• Epic system experience highly preferred.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills you know the right questions to ask and how to guide conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Experience in a complex healthcare or managed care environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, as well as grievance and complaint processes.

Full-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
