Responsibilities:- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Maintain accurate records and logs related to rail operations and services
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications
- Upload documents into customer required portals and sites
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply management as needed
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all clerical tasks
- Cleaning of office and break facilities
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
