We are seeking a Sales Representative for SMART -Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for generating pre-need sales for locations in your market.

Responsibilities
- Actively builds relationships in the community to educate and guide families in their pre-planning decisions
- Excels in his/her ability to set an appointment, give a pre-planning guide presentation, and product presentation
- Provides professional Target Seminar presentations within their area
- Completes contracts neatly and accurately using Navigator
- Actively tracks all sales activity and ratios to measure areas of strength and areas that need improvement
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be able to work independently and take minimum direction
- Strong ability to earn trust and use consultative selling techniques
- Knowledge of presentation and closing techniques
- Ability to build and maintain relationships within the community
- Professional and tactful communication skills
- Experience handling difficult situations with confidence and compassion
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services or show the ability to learn products and services
- Must have a clean driving record
