What is this role?
You’ll run production equipment, help drive daily output, and work side-by-side with a collaborative team in a fast-moving manufacturing setting.
What will I do?
- Operate, observe, and adjust manufacturing machines for consistent performance
- Support day-to-day production needs and targets
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Meet established quality and productivity metrics
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient work area
- Coordinate with teammates to achieve production goals
Do I qualify?
- Demonstrated stable work history and reliable job tenure
- Experience in manufacturing, farming, construction, or other physically demanding work is preferred
- Clear, confident communication of your prior work experience
- Professional, team-first attitude
What’s the schedule?
- 12-hour shifts
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Day and Night shifts available
What does it pay?
- Day Shift: $21.50 per hour
- Night Shift: $23.50 per hour
Work environment & physical requirements
- Standing for up to 12 hours
- Lifting 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable operating in an active manufacturing environment
