Seasonal Customer Service Representative

A well known company located in Alpharetta that specializes in Seasonal holiday products is seeking (11) employees to work the busy holiday season coming up. The role you will be performing is B2B Customer Service. You will be trained in the following areas:

• Inbound calls speaking to the customers regarding product inquiries
• Entering customers orders into the system
• Checking for accuracy on quantity and pricing
• Working with shipping department on available stock levels
• Follow-up with customer regarding their order being shipped and timeline
• Handle discrepancies on incorrect orders delivered
