• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
• Build professional relationships within the local community
• Present insurance solutions and build customized client relationships

• Track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in coaching, training, and professional development
• Learn agency operations, staffing, customer retention, and business development

Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (Guidance provided)
