Duration: 24 Months – Possible Extension/Conversion
Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Potential OT
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Summary

Support day-to-day supply management, supplier performance, inventory, and factory operations for assigned commodities. The role works directly with suppliers to maintain quality and delivery while supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and relationships with assigned suppliers and commodities.
• Monitor supplier quality, delivery, and performance and address supply-related issues.
• Maintain regular communication with business-critical suppliers.
• Collect and analyze information on cost drivers, market conditions, innovations, and alternative suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain operations and processes.
• Gather and report supplier/contract performance information for negotiations and renewals.
• Support site/factory inventory management and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, actions, and supply management activities.
• Prepare supply chain and supplier reports and performance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer, typing, and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, inventory, and supplier management.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report data.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic experience with office/operational systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business, Supply Management, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• SAP experience preferred.

Education & Experience

• Post-secondary education.
• Basic experience with office/operational systems; entry-level candidates may be considered.
