Registered Nurse (RN)Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

$54/hr Local | $60/hr Travel

What You'll DoDirect Patient Care

• Conduct daily nursing appointments, assessments, and sick-call evaluations.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.

• Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effectiveness and adverse reactions.

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely nursing interventions.

• Assist providers during examinations, treatments, and follow-up appointments.

• Implement provider orders accurately and efficiently.

Care Coordination

• Coordinate laboratory testing and review follow-up results.

• Schedule and coordinate specialty care and off-site medical appointments.

• Manage telemedicine appointments and patient follow-up.

• Complete transfer screenings and required nursing assessments.

• Assist with discharge and release planning, including medications, follow-up appointments, and patient education.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.

• Communicate patient status and changes with providers and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.

• Support daily healthcare operations and perform additional nursing duties as needed.

QualificationsRequired

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Experience with medication administration and patient education.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation
