Qualifications
Must be RBT Certified, OR
Have 3 years of ABA experience and have completed the 40-hour RBT course.
Job Summary
As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional ABA services that help individuals with Autism reach their highest potential. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), while receiving ongoing clinical support and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism.
Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors.
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
Coordinate care with the client's team members.
Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members.
Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.
Schedule
After school
Evenings as needed
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
