As a Banquet Cook at Linwood Country Club, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our events, weddings, and conferences are unforgettable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and executing large-scale food production with consistency and attention to detail.
• Following recipes for bulk preparation to ensure high-quality dishes.
• Setting up and managing plating lines for seamless service during events.
• Ensuring food safety, proper handling, and temperature control at all times.
• Collaborating with event staff to serve meals efficiently and on schedule.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in banquet or high-volume food production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and temperature control.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in large-scale meal preparation.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
