Position: Forklift Operator
Pay: $19/hr

Location: Sturtevant, WI
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts (electric or propane) safely to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
- Keep data entry, bulk tags, and documentation current for materials.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damages.
- Perform general warehouse duties: packing, labeling, and inventory organization.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
- Warehouse and material handling background.
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with Office 365 and AS400 a plus.
- Ability to quickly and accurately enter data.
- Reliable transportation and safety-minded approach.
