What You'll Be Doing

As our Assistant Cook, you'll play a vital role in delivering the flavorful, authentic Jamaican dishes our customers know and love. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of Jamaican dishes, including natural Jamaican juices.
• Assisting with inventory counts and organizing products received.
• Ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by being versatile and adaptable to various tasks.
• Lifting and handling products weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• A strong ability to cook authentic Jamaican cuisine.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Versatility and a proactive attitude in the kitchen.
