We are seeking a detailoriented Electronics Technician to support the assembly, testing, and repair of electronic and avionics components in a climatecontrolled repair station environment. You will work handson with electronic assemblies and circuit boards, perform diagnostics down to the component level, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in electronics fundamentals, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for precision work on finepitch assemblies.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in an allindoor, climatecontrolled part 145 repair station dedicated to aircraft components and avionics systems. You will work at electronics workbenches equipped with multimeters, power supplies, soldering and desoldering tools, and other test and measurement equipment. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and safety, with structured processes typical of aviation maintenance and MRO operations. Work involves handling small electronic components, finepitch assemblies, and circuit boards in a focused, technical setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grapevine, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
