Pharmacy Ops Manager - Inpatient Hospital - Southern California

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant Health is seeking a California-licensed Pharmacist Manager for an opportunity with an inpatient hospital pharmacy in Southern California. This role is a great fit for a pharmacist who is looking to be in a management role and/or has experience as a pharmacy manager.

Schedule:
•Mon-Fri; day shifts

Job Responsibilities:
•The Pharmacy Manager will serve as the right hand to the DOP.
•Oversees day-to-day pharmacy operations.
•Will work on employee scheduling
•Address issues arise during the day.

Requirements:
•Active and clear California Pharmacist (RPh) license
•3-5+ years of pharmacist experience in an inpatient setting
•1+ years of pharmacy management experience
•Ability to work in high-paced environments.
