Lane Server

We are looking for Part-time experienced Servers to join us on the weekends as a lane servers.
This is a fast-paced environment and with 32 lanes you will always be busy getting food orders
for our guests refilling their beverages and anything else they may need while they enjoy their
time bowling instead of waiting in a line. Hourly Pay + Tips.

Qualifications
Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
Guest service mentality: has a strong drive to serve the guests
Independent and self-motivated
Amazing communication skills and listening skills
Help in making memorable and lasting impressions on guests
Ability to process guests' orders, and also take payments
Be there for the guest from start to finish
Quick on their feet in a fast-paced Environment
Cash handling experience
Ability to legally sell beer in the state of Utah
Valid Food Handlers permit
Strong knowledge of the menu
Prior Serving experience

Responsibilities
Ensure guest satisfaction on all 32 lanes and throughout the facility
Taking orders, getting refills, delivering food, and cleaning up after guests.
Proper beer serving protocols
Opening and closing out all tickets including, sending orders to the kitchen and taking
payments
Make every experience at our Facility fun and Exciting.
Informing all guests of specials and promotions
Repeat orders back to guests
Ensure guests have all necessary supplies: Plates, napkins etc
Work quickly and effectively
Be able to work in a High noise level, High energy, and fast-paced environment
