Master Integrated Scheduler

The MasterIntegratedScheduleris responsible fordeveloping, integrating, andmaintainingIntegrated Master Schedules (IMS) across complexdefense and commercialprograms. This role partners closely with Program Managers,Finance,Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Contracts to ensure schedule integrity, drive risk-informed decision-making, and support compliance with government and customer scheduling requirements.The ideal candidate brings deepexpertisein critical pathmethodology,strong technical understanding of technology driven programs, strong manufacturing understanding in a rapid prototyping and production environment,and schedule risk analysiswithin amission-critical environment.

• Develop, baseline, andmaintainIntegrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple concurrent programs using Microsoft Project, ensuring logical network integrity, critical pathvisibilityand risk management planning.
• Support the integration of cost and schedule datathat feedsCOGS, ETC and EAC reporting, including variance analysis.
• Facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), monthly Program Management Reviews (PMR), andinternal schedule analysis and deconfliction reviews.
• Partner with functional leads to translate theproject scopeand Statement of Work (SOW) into fully networkedschedules.
• Track and communicate critical path, near-critical path, and schedule margin to program leadership; escalate risks and recommend recovery or mitigation plans.
• Support proposal development with basis-of-estimate schedules, rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) durations, and What-If scenario modeling.
• Maintain schedule data in compliance with company procedures, customer contract requirements (e.g., DFARS, CDRLs such as the Integrated Master Schedule/IMP.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and training across the Program Management Office.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree).
• 12+ years of experience as a Master Scheduler, Program Scheduler, or Project Controls Analyst, ideally within aerospace, defense, or another regulated program environment.
• Demonstratedexpertisein Microsoft Project, including resource loading, baselining, and schedule logic development.
• Experience developing and maintaining WBS-aligned schedules tied to contractual SOW/CDRL requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex schedule risk to technical and executive audiences.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to contract requirements; ability to obtain andmaintaina DoD Secret security clearance.

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Advanced Competency inMSproject andSmartsheetscheduling applications
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and EVMS/ANSI-748 guidelines.
• Understanding and experience with DCMA 14-Point Assessment including ability toidentifyand remediate constraints, dangling activities, negative float, and missing logic ties.
• Ability to conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and Monte Carlo simulations to quantify schedule confidence levels and inform critical decisions.
• Certification such as PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional), PMP, or EVP (Earned Value Professional).
• Prior experience in a role supporting IBRs, PMRs, or customer-facing program reviews on DoD or intelligence community contracts.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional presence on manufacturing floors to gather schedule status. Some domestic travel may berequiredto support program reviews, supplier visits, or customer meetings. Reasonable accommodations will be consideredin accordance withapplicable law.
