Required Skills & Experience

- Performs On-Site Inspections

- AQL sampling

- Physical and Functional testing, including torque testing on caps and pumps, leakage testing for seal verification, and aesthetic checks

- Compliance Oversight

- Non Conformance Management

- Digital Reporting and inspection logs

- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in either personal care, cosmetics, beauty, pharmaceuticals or food and beverage

- Experience with GMP practices and ISO 22716

A client in the prestige hair care industry is looking for a field based Quality Control Inspector in the Carson, CA area. This role will be primarily based onsite with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) in Carson, although some travel to other sites is required. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for oversight of CM operations, ensuring finished products consistently meet internal quality, compliance and presentation standards before release to market.
