Position: Machine Operator
Pay: $21.50/hour
Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm, 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $21.50/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Operate specific equipment (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion) to produce plastic products in accordance with specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Set up, repair, and perform mold and process changes efficiently
- Conduct quality checks and maintain production records accurately
- Assist with machine start-ups and shut-downs, perform minor repairs on equipment
- Manage process efficiency initiatives, minimize scrap, and conserve materials
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
- Follow safety protocols, GMP practices, and maintain good housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Experience with blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or related training (HDPE, PET) preferred
- Ability to operate forklift and knowledge of warehouse procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and SAP
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with high heat conditions (above 90°ree;F)
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication and team skills
Skills:
- Injection molding, extrusion, blow molding
- Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic systems
- Mold changes and process adjustments
- Quality checks and production recordkeeping
- Machine start-up/shut-down and preventative maintenance
- Knowledge of HDPE, PET, use of hand tools
