CNC Mill Operator,1stShift: Rockford, IL
We are seeking experiencedCNC Mill Operatorto join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with machining experience who thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in producing high-quality precision components.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNCMilland general machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and job routings
- Load, unload, and manage machine programs
- Inspect finished parts and complete in-process quality checks
- Identify and communicate production concerns or process improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues as needed
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Support team production goals and assist fellow operators when needed
Skills & Experience:
- Education:HS Diplomarequired
- Experience:5+ years of CNCmillingexperiencerequired; experience working on CNCDoosan machinespreferred
- Knowledge:Ability to read and interpret blueprintsrequired;Experience with Fanuc controlsrequired
- Software:Strong understanding of G&M coderequired
