Receptionist

We are seeking a pleasant and hard working individual to work in our reception area:

Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls
• Greet visitors to the office
• Keep reception and common areas of the office organized
• Scan/Print/File/Save various documents
• Enter data into excel as requested
• Type basic letters into Word
• Maintain organized filing system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree not required, but is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Punctuality
• Previous experience in office administration needed
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written, typing and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
