No nights. No weekends. Just the puzzle solved, all day.
A role built for people who think in logistics and stay steady when the day goes sideways. Landers has delivered award-winning service in the Baltimore region for over 40 years.
Pay & Growth
- $26–$29/hr to start, based on experience
- Real opportunities to grow into bigger operations and leadership roles
What Makes This Different
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. No nights, no weekends.
- You run the board: building routes, adjusting on the fly, keeping every tech and every customer aligned
- Your birthday is a paid company holiday
- 2 weeks PTO in year one, 3 weeks after
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), we cover a substantial share of your premium
- 401k with a 4% company match
- Company-paid life insurance, plus optional supplemental coverage (critical illness, hospitalization, accident)
What You'll Own
- Build and adjust technician routes for efficiency and coverage
- Track routes in real time and solve problems as they come up, not after
- Prioritize service calls by urgency, location, and technician skill
- Balance workload across zones and availability
- Coordinate with the service team on parts and scheduling
- Field inbound calls, confirm appointments, and communicate changes clearly
This is not a "just answer the phone" job. This is for people who like owning the whole board, who can hold a dozen moving parts in their head, stay level when a route falls apart, and fix it without losing their cool.
Who This Is For
- People with an operational, logistics-minded brain
- Calm under pressure: the more chaotic the day, the sharper you get
- Strong communicators who can deliver good news and hard news with the same professionalism
- Customer-first people who know how to balance honesty with empathy

- Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and reprioritize on the fly
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident with technology, Outlook, Excel, Word, and internal scheduling software
