We are looking for a driven Production Supervisor to support manufacturing operations in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can guide production teams, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and keep output aligned with quality and delivery expectations. The successful candidate will help strengthen daily execution while contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency across the operation.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily production activities to keep manufacturing output on track with safety, quality, and delivery targets.

• Guide, support, and hold production employees accountable while building a collaborative and performance-focused team culture.

• Organize labor coverage, assign work, and adjust schedules to meet changing production priorities.

• Review operating results, identify disruptions or inefficiencies, and implement timely corrective actions.

• Reinforce compliance with plant safety practices, work instructions, and established manufacturing procedures.

• Work closely with quality, maintenance, engineering, and warehouse teams to address operational issues and maintain steady workflow.

• Evaluate key performance indicators such as throughput, scrap, downtime, and efficiency to improve overall production results.

• Lead training, performance feedback, and day-to-day supervision to support employee growth and operational effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate performance updates, challenges, and improvement opportunities to leadership.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to reduce waste, improve workflow, and strengthen plant performance.

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including prior leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Solid knowledge of production processes, workflow coordination, and workplace safety practices within an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to respond effectively to production issues.
• Ability to read and interpret schedules, work instructions, and technical or operational documentation.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using manufacturing or operational systems is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or manufacturing training is an advantage.
