Housekeeper

What you'll do:

• Deep-clean vacated apartment units (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, windows, fixtures) to move-in-ready condition
• Coordinate timing with the maintenance and leasing teams to keep units turning on schedule
• Track and restock cleaning supplies; report any maintenance issues found during cleaning
• Follow a consistent move-in-ready checklist across communities
