What You’ll Do
- Move, open, and pack boxes of medical equipment, ensuring each item is handled with care and accuracy
- Enter sensitive customer and equipment data into the system with a high degree of accuracy–mistakes can be critical
- Receive and process returned products, determining whether to refurbish or recycle
- Clean, test, and refresh returned medical devices so they’re ready to be sent out again
- Supportnew team memberstrainingthrough hands-on guidance
- Work with other departments to support smooth fulfillment operations
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized workspace
What You’ll Bring
- HSdiploma or GED preferred
- Tech-savvy, able to type 35 WPM with accuracy
- Experiencein fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operationsa plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Comfortable with both hands-on tasks and computer-based work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability tolift upto 50lbsandstand up to 6 hours a day
