We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers and internal teams from our North Carolina location. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced office setting, and takes pride in delivering a positive service experience. The role combines customer support with administrative coordination, including documentation, follow-up, and collaboration with operations and billing teams.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing clear updates on services, account activity, and project-related questions.
• Create and manage work orders, service requests, and supporting paperwork with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Keep customer profiles current by entering interactions, service notes, and account updates into the company database or CRM system.
• Address service concerns with careful attention to detail, working toward resolution and involving leadership when issues require additional support.
• Partner with project managers, field personnel, and billing staff to clarify scheduling details, service questions, and invoice-related matters.
• Conduct post-service outreach to confirm customer satisfaction, answer remaining questions, and help close out open items.
• Draft and send customer-facing documents such as quotes, confirmations, and routine correspondence in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support through filing, document preparation, data entry, and other general office tasks as needed.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar office-based role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle inbound customer interactions professionally.

• Experience with data entry, record maintenance, and standard administrative office procedures.

• Proficiency using CRM platforms, databases, and common business software for tracking customer activity and documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment.

• Comfortable answering routine questions related to invoices, payment status, and service scheduling.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while delivering a high standard of customer care.
