Dutiesand Responsibilities:
- Cashhandlingdutiesincludingpreparationoftills,changefundmaintenance,and preparation of deposits
- Customerinteractionandauditingofcustomerexperienceincludingbutnotlimitedtoevent execution
- Ensuringthatcashierpersonneladheretocorrectcashhandlingproceduresandsell effectively
- Ensuringthattrackpersonnelrunracessafelyandefficiently
- Ensuringthatmechanicpersonnelmaintainourkartsinpeakworkingcondition
- Ensuringthatallstaffarestrictlyadheringtocompanypoliciesandprovidingoutstanding customer service
- Orderingandpurchasingoperationsupplies,concessions,andretailmerchandise
- Performingoperationalpaperworkdutiesincludingsafety,payroll,facility
- Contributingtoschedulesandemployeecommunications
- CorrespondingwithandprovidingregularreportstoManagement
- Maintainingtheeffectiveoperationalfeasibilityofthecenter
- Maintainingthehigheststandardoffacilityappearanceincludingstorageareasandthe parking lot
- CoordinatewithyourManagerandRegionalManagertoensurethatallfacilitymaintenance is performed quickly
Job Requirements:
- Mustbeabletosafelylift/push/pullheavyobjectsonanongoingbasis.
- Must have previous supervisory experience and a successful track record, preferably in the following fields: Restaurant, Entertainment, Hospitality, Bowling Alleys, Amusement Parks, Miniature Golf
- Greatcustomerserviceskills-Mustbeabletoworkweekendsandevenings
- A Background Check is required prior to employment
