BLENDING/MIXING OPERATOR
Automation Personnel Services is seekingBLENDING/MIXING OPERATORAssociatefor alarge batch manufacturingfacility inCleveland,TN.Associates will perform all aspects of intake and outgoing orders in a fast-paced distribution facility.
Pay rate
$22.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday - Friday;2pm-10:30pm;Weekends and Overtime as Needed
Blending/Mixing OperatorDuties and Responsibilities
- Batch Production-Mix syrup and beverage batches using computerized control systems and production schedule,
- Weigh, load and scan ingredients into mixing tanks
- Clean, wash and sanitize tanks, pipes and mixing equipment between product runs to prevent contamination
- Provide samples to quality assurance, conduct lab tests and calibrate equipment
- Maintain accurate logs, inventory counts and data entries in the systems.
- maintaining warehouse organization
- Follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
Blending/Mixing OperatorQualifications and Requirements
- Lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stay active for long shifts on hard concrete floors.
- Prior experience as a production, mixing or blending operator a plus
- Strong basic math and communication skills for reading recipes and recording data
