The Business Developer will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients. Working within a small team of 2-5 people, the successful candidate will engage with mid-sized companies, large enterprises, and government entities to develop strategic partnerships and expand the company's market presence.

Responsibilities

• The company has well established business generation methods seeking entry level and junior level career oriented candidates to join the team
• Generate leads and identify potential clients across target markets
• Conduct client meetings to understand needs and present solutions
• Perform market research to inform sales strategies
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Network within industry and client communities to build relationships
• Collaborate closely with a small team to align business development efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce for managing sales pipelines is helpful
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication abilities for client engagement
