COMPENSATION
$64.50 per hour

SCHEDULE
Fully Onsite, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

CONTRACT TERM
12 month contract with high likelihood of extension or conversion to full-time employment.

POSITION OVERVIEW – This role drives analytics and measurement for the Company’s digital marketing and personalization efforts, collaborating with Marketing, Demand Generation, Samsung.com, Platform, Data Science, Engineering, and Project Management teams to develop insights and data solutions that inform and optimize marketing and personalization effectiveness across channels. This position reports to the Director of Digital Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive strategic analysis and deep dives to share with senior leadership, and build and maintain reporting dashboards that track the performance of marketing and personalization efforts.
Continually evolve analytics processes and tools, incorporating new data sources to improve understanding of the Samsung business and customers.
Collaborate with the BI team to build reporting solutions using Tableau, SQL, and other data-warehousing and BI technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and provide data insights that inform business decisions.
Drive customer insights that help marketing reach the right customer with the right product, at the right time, and with the right message.
Build relevant KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the Company’s marketing campaigns and personalization efforts.
Own the A/B testing framework to determine the optimal option for the customer, comparing programs to highlight what is working versus what is not.
Analyze and develop data to help the business pivot and create new offerings and campaigns.
Identify and quantify high-value customer actions that drive increased engagement and downstream spend.
Drive alignment with Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product teams on prioritizing campaigns and incentives that unlock maximum value for the Company

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Strong analytical work experience with stellar SQL and Excel skills.
Experience pitching ideas and solutions to marketing and business leadership.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, etc.).
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or related roles such as Quantitative Marketing or Operations Research.
3+ years of experience in data manipulation using SQL.
2+ years of experience with the design, execution, and measurement of A/B tests.
3+ years of experience building data visualizations using tools like Tableau.
2+ years of experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling using tools such as R, STATA, SAS, or Python.
Experience in an eCommerce and/or digital marketing environment.
Succinct, proactive communication skills, with the ability to translate data analytics into business solutions.
Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Comfortable working with people across a broad range of backgrounds, from highly technical to marketing to sales/business.
Quantitative background (preferred).
Marketing background (preferred).
