Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and preparing products for distribution.
- Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and prepare orders according to established procedures.
- Verify products and quantities for accuracy.
- Organize products in designated storage and staging areas.
- Assist with inventory and general warehouse operations.
- Safely use warehouse and material-handling equipment when authorized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and distribution procedures.
- Work efficiently with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or other issues to supervisors.
- Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, order picking, material handling, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical and repetitive work in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
