Emergency Room RN - Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ER nurses, as well as strong ICU or PCU nurses looking to transition into emergency care.

You'll work alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team while caring for patients with a wide range of emergent and critical conditions. This role offers significant professional growth, advanced clinical experience, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on patient outcomes.

Qualifications (Must Haves)

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License required
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
• BLS Certification required prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ER RN experience within the last year required
• Strong ICU or PCU experience may be considered for cross-training opportunities into the ER
• Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and multitasking abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $29.92 – $44.88 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Night Shift Differential: $4.00 per hour
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM *Rotating Weekends Required
