We’re hiring Weatherization Insulation Installers to join our team immediately. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work, we’ll handle the rest – including paid training, steady work, and all travel expenses covered.

What You’ll Do

• Install attic insulation and other energy-saving upgrades
• Use tools and equipment to improve home efficiency
• Follow clear procedures to get the job done right
• Travel across NC and SC (overnight stays required weekly)
• Drive a company box truck to and from job sites

What You Need

• Valid driver's license required
• Pass a background check and drug screening required
• Be able to work in attics, on ladders, and in tight spaces
• Willing to travel and stay overnight when scheduled
