Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations within the Mobility department, ensuring production schedules, work orders, quality requirements, and safety standards are achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role that actively supervises shop floor operations, coordinates workflow, prioritizes production activities, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support customer delivery requirements and operational objectives.

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations within the Mobility department.
• Ensure production schedules, work orders, quality requirements, and safety standards are met.

• Production supervision experience.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead 20-50 people.
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations.
• Strong understanding of work order management and production scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S principles.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication across production, engineering, quality, and management teams.

• Ability to motivate, train, and develop production personnel.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and manufacturing best practices.
• Flexible and willing to support multiple production areas as needed.
• Working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.

This role is based in a manufacturing environment with two openings available. One position covers the weekday shift from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and the other covers the weekend shift from 6am to 6:30pm, Friday through Sunday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dunlap, TN.

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $68000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
